We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, detail-oriented, and resourceful professional with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Business Administration, Management, or related fields).
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Preference: European Candidates Only
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle email and phone correspondence with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Organize and prioritize daily tasks and activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
- Monitor office supplies and assist with the procurement of office equipment or resources as needed.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Perform any other administrative duties as required by the executive.
