Position: Holiday Homes Visitors Relationship Officer
A Holiday Homes Visitors Relationship Officer is responsible for creating a positive experience for guests staying at a holiday home, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with clients.

• Greet the Visitor:
• Request Identification:
• Record Visitor Details:
• Check for Approval (if needed):
o If the visitor needs approval from someone (e.g., a manager or the resident being visited), ensure that this is obtained before they enter the premises.
• Log Entry in the Logbook:
• Guide the Visitor:
Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of holiday home management
• Conflict resolution skills and emotional intelligence
• Experience in hospitality or property management is often preferred
Salary: 2,500 – 3,000 (free accommodation)
