Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.

Provide product/service information and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Achieve performance targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and problem- solving skills.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.

Ability to work in shifts.
