The primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, address inquiries, provide information about products or services, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key duties include documenting customer interactions, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a fast- paced environment. Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred, but training will be provided.
