The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for guests or clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Qualifications and Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or bachelor's degree is a plus.
-Prior experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is preferred.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and relevant front desk software (e.g., property management systems for hotels).
-Strong communication skills in English; additional languages, such as Arabic, are an advantage.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
