Job Summary:
OUR COMPANY is seeking a reliable and efficient House Maid to maintain and prepare our real estate properties for showings, open houses, and new tenants. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and maintaining homes, with an eye for detail to ensure that each property is presented in pristine condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of real estate properties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing all areas.
Clean and prepare properties for showings, ensuring they are in immaculate condition for potential buyers or renters.
Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms, including wiping down surfaces, polishing fixtures, and ensuring all areas are free of dust and debris.
Handle laundry tasks for linens, towels, and other items as needed.
Ensure that all appliances, windows, and fixtures are spotless and in good working order.
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the property manager or relevant contact.
Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocking as necessary.
Assist with staging the property, including arranging furniture and decor as directed by the real estate team.
Follow specific cleaning protocols to ensure properties meet the company’s standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a House Maid or in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure properties are visually appealing.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning products.
Ability to handle multiple properties and prioritize tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and handle cleaning equipment.
