Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Process orders, returns, and exchanges
Maintain and update customer records in the system
Assist with order fulfillment and tracking
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
