Tele Caller Vacancy in Dubai

Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing them with information about our products or services, and addressing their queries. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, patient, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to introduce products or services.
Answer incoming calls and provide information or solutions to customer inquiries.
Follow up with potential leads to convert them into customers.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and records.
Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize calling strategies.
Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and preferences.
