Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate should have a warm and professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors with a positive attitude.
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
-Handle inquiries from clients, employees, and visitors with professionalism.
-Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all -times.
-Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
-Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
-Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
-Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
-Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
