Key Responsibilities:
-Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
-Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges
-Maintain and update customer records in the system
-Assist with order fulfillment and tracking
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
-Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
Salary 4000AED + Visa, Accommodation and Transportation by the company
