Customer Service Representative Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

-Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
-Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
-Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges
-Maintain and update customer records in the system
-Assist with order fulfillment and tracking
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
-Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
-Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes
