Packing Helpers Vacancy in Dubai

Job Description:
Our Company is looking for diligent and reliable Packing Helpers to join our production team. As a Packing Helper, you will be responsible for assisting with the packing and preparation of plastic products for shipment. This role is crucial to ensuring that our products are packed correctly and meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the packing of plastic products according to company standards and customer specifications
Inspect products for defects before packing
Label, stack, and organize packed products in the designated areas
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Operate basic packing equipment and tools as needed
Assist in loading and unloading products from delivery vehicles
Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly
Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a manufacturing or packing role is a plus but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to [specific weight])
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
