Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
Maintain and update office supplies inventory
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
Manage and file documents, records, and other materials
Perform data entry and maintain databases
Support other team members with various tasks and projects as needed
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
