Hr Officer Vacancy in Dubai
We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage and support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including interviewing and onboarding new employees.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee relations and address any issues that arise.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple HR tasks and prioritize effectively
