We are Hiring for an Admin Assistant for our company. Basic computer skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
-Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
-Assist in preparing and organizing company events and meetings.
-Handle confidential information with discretion.
-Support other team members as needed with administrative tasks.
Salary AED2500 - AED2800 plus Visa, Transportation & other benefits provided by company.
