-Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
-Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence.
-Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
-Coordinate meetings and take minutes.
-Maintain office files and records.
-Assist in organizing events and travel arrangements.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Be Confident in handling sensitive information.
