We are seeking a Junior Accountant Cum Data Entry to join our team at AAES, a leading company in the Construction industry. Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Perform data entry tasks, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data by verifying and reconciling transactions.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support the Senior Accountant in various accounting projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Experience with construction industry accounting is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
