Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage civil construction projects from start to finish
-Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
-Monitor and enforce safety regulations on site
-Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and workers
-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site
-Maintain accurate records and documentation
-Communicate project progress to management
