Job Description:
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
-Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
-Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
-Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry
-Provide information and assistance to visitors and staff
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
-Positive attitude and professional appearance
-Ability to handle confidential information
