Urgently Hiring Site Supervisor Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a reliable Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations at our construction sites. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and extensive knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily operations on construction sites
-Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
-Monitor and enforce safety regulations
-Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and workers
-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site
-Maintain accurate records and documentation
-Communicate project progress to management

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role
-Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
-Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Physical stamina to work on construction sites
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
