We are looking for an organized and personable Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate person or -department
-Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
-Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
-Schedule appointments and manage calendars
-Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
-Handle inquiries and provide information about the company and its services
-Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access
