urgently looking for a Chef to work in Sharjah AL Qasimia. Chef should be able to perform following duties:
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and design new menu items and recipes
-Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation and -cooking
-Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
-Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of performance and teamwork
-Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
-Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
-Collaborate with management to create seasonal and special event menus
-Handle any kitchen-related issues and resolve them promptly
-Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and -ingredients
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant
-Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
-Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
-Excellent leadership and management skills
-Creativity and a passion for food
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
