Need A Supervisor in Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team
-Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and guidance
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team
-Maintain a safe and organized work environment
-Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies
-Train and mentor new employees
-Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
-Prepare reports and documentation as required
