We Need Supervisor in Dubai
Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
-Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
-Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
-Address and resolve any workplace issues or conflicts.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.
-Strong leadership and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
