Responsibilities:

-Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
-Maintain customer records and update account information.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

-Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
-Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
