Urgently looking for a Receptionist to perform following duties:
Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome visitors
-Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling -access via the reception desk
-Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
-Manage appointments and schedule meetings
Qualifications:
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
-Hands-on experience with office equipment
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
