We Need A Supervisor in Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee our daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring that goals are met.Responsibilities:
1-Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision
2-Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
3-Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
4-Receive complaints and resolve problems
5-Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
