Urgently hiring a customer service staff:Responsibilities:

-Provide information about products and services.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
-Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
-Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
-Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
