We are looking for a highly organized Secretary to support our office operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and digital
Coordinate and arrange travel itineraries and accommodations
Assist with preparing and managing office budgets
Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Salary Package: 2000-3000AED
