Purchaser For Spare Parts in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Source and procure spare parts from reliable suppliers to meet the company\'s requirements.

Evaluate supplier bids, negotiate prices, and secure favorable terms and conditions.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts to prevent shortages.

Coordinate with internal departments to identify and fulfill spare parts needs.

Ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any discrepancies or issues with suppliers.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality.

Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate their potential.

Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Purchaser or in a similar procurement role, preferably in spare parts or a related industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.

Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.

Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of market research and supplier evaluation techniques.
