Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage catering events from start to finish, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
Communicate with clients to understand their catering needs and preferences.
Work closely with kitchen staff and event planners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare detailed event orders, schedules, and menus for clients.
Ensure all catering supplies and equipment are prepared and delivered on time.
Handle any on-site issues or changes that may arise during events.
Maintain accurate records of events, invoices, and payments.
Requirements:
Previous experience in catering, event planning, or hospitality.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Proficiency in MS Office and event management software is a plus.
