We are looking for a talented and experienced Office Assistant to join our team. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and Human Resources administration. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Human Resources best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and Human Resources databases.
Assist with performance management processes.
Handle employee inquiries and provide Human Resources -related information and support.
Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and procedures.
Support Human Resources projects and initiatives as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Preferred)
Proven work experience as an Human Resources Officer, Human Resources Assistant, or similar role.
Knowledge of Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and Human Resources administration.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office
