Office Assistant Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.

Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.

Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.

Help organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and workshops.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
