Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions to customers as needed.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions, in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate customer service efforts and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Patience and empathy when dealing with customers, including those who may be upset or frustrated.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software or systems.
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
