Job Opportunity: Call Center Executive

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.

Provide exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Follow company policies and procedures for call handling and data entry.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to achieve call center targets and goals.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company information.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
