Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Register guests, issue visitor badges, and provide necessary information or assistance.
Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs for guests.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and monitor access to the premises.
Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
