Looking for a dynamic role in customer service? Join our team as a Call Center Executive in Dubai!

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

Provide information about products, services, and promotions.

Assist customers in resolving issues and escalating complex cases as needed.

Follow call Scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.

Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and achieve team goals.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

Familiarity with CRM software and call center equipment.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
