Food Packing Staff Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Follow food safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a hygienic and safe work environment.

Pack food products according to specified standards, ensuring accuracy and consistency in portion sizes and packaging.

Operate packaging machinery and equipment effectively and safely, following operating instructions and protocols.

Monitor product quality throughout the packing process, identifying and addressing any issues or defects.

Label packaged products accurately with appropriate information such as expiration dates, batch numbers, and product codes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing area, including cleaning equipment, surfaces, and utensils as needed.

Assist with inventory management by counting and recording packed products and reporting any discrepancies.

Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate any concerns or suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in food packing or a related field is preferred but not required.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move packages as needed.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as production demands.
