Assistant Teacher Vacancy in Dubai

Position: Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.

Provide support to students in the classroom, including one-on-one assistance and small group activities.

Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies.

Participate in planning and preparing educational materials and resources.

Support students with special needs or learning difficulties as directed by the lead teacher.

Collaborate with other staff members and parents to support student learning and development.

Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and grading.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Education or related field preferred.

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.

Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of students and the school environment.

Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
