As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing a positive and welcoming experience.

Description

* Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

* Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual.

* Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.

* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.

* Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

* Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations.

* Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
