Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Provide administrative support to the office staff, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.

Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.

Handle inquiries and requests from clients, vendors, and employees.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the office manager.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or office assistant role preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Professional demeanor and positive attitude.

Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)

UAE residency visa (sponsorship provided for the right candidate)
