Cashier Vacancy in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Greet customers entering the store and provide courteous assistance.

Scan items and process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely and in accordance with company policies.

Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and maintaining cleanliness.

Answer customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a polite and professional manner.

Assist with inventory management by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies to management.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, including security measures and cash handling policies.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Cashier or in a similar role.

Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
