Position: Secretary

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Manage and organize documents, correspondence, and schedules.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and office management software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
