Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and office activities.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and appointments for staff members.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Maintain office files, records, and databases accurately and efficiently.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Assist in recruiting efforts, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Provide general support to visitors, clients, and staff members.
Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
