Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and deliveries.
Assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and events by arranging facilities and caterers, coordinating guest lists, and preparing agendas and materials.
Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
