Office Administrator Vacancy in Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.

Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure proper storage and organization.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members and executives.

Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements to employees.

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.

Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment contracts, orientation materials, and training schedules.

Handle office expenses and petty cash, reconcile receipts, and prepare expense reports.

Coordinate with building management, vendors, and service providers to ensure office facilities and equipment are well-maintained.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Provide administrative support to departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
