Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, with a strong understanding of various digital channels and strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media management, paid advertising, and SEO.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Hootsuite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
