Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist with the preparation of new hire paperwork and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and databases, including updating personal information, employment history, and training records.
Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Assist with the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate information and assistance on Human Resources -related matters.
Support Human Resources projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and HRIS implementation.
Prepare Human Resources -related reports and presentations for management review and decision-making.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Assistant, or similar role.
Knowledge of Human Resources functions, processes, and best practices.
Familiarity with HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
