Responsibilities:

Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends, issues, and opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
