Key Responsibilities:
Input data accurately and efficiently into our database or spreadsheet software.
Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other records.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Organize and maintain electronic and physical files of data records.
Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity.
Assist with data analysis and report generation as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data entry tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in data entries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in data entry or a related field preferred.
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or similar software.
Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
