Bus Attendant Vacancy in Dubai
Location: Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Bus Attendant to join our team in Dubai. The Bus Attendant will assist in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during their journey.
Responsibilities:
Greet passengers as they board the bus and assist them with finding seats.
Ensure all passengers are seated and secure before the bus departs.
Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs as required.
Monitor passenger behavior during the journey and address any issues or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness on the bus, including picking up trash and organizing seating areas.
Provide information to passengers about routes, schedules, and Stops.
Assist the bus driver with navigation and communication with passengers.
Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures in case of incidents.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with passengers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience as a bus attendant, steward, or in a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
Physical fitness and stamina to stand, walk, and assist passengers during the journey.
UAE residency or work permit is required.
